How it works
- 1Register your company with its Polish Tax ID (NIP). The register suggests the address details; the form is just a few fields. The wholesaler account is ready immediately.
- 2Upload your catalogue. From a file, by hand or from BaseLinker. Net prices, VAT, logistics minimum and pack size.
- 3Handle orders. A work list, invoices with your own numbering, tracking numbers and a CRM with your customers' buying rhythm.

Net amounts, per month. The first 50 wholesalers get the Founding Partner price for 12 months — it is assigned to the account at registration, with no code needed.

Questions we hear most often
- Do you take a commission on sales?
- No. You pay a fixed subscription for your plan, and every sale is entirely yours. Money from the buyer goes directly to you, not through us.
- Do I need to give a card to get started?
- No. For 60 days you use the full platform with no card and no commitment. You choose a plan only once you know it works for you.
- Where do the products in the catalogue come from?
- From a CSV, XLSX or XML file (the wizard recognises the columns itself), by hand from a form, or with a single BaseLinker connection — then products and stock levels come in automatically, and orders go back to Base.
- Who sees my prices?
- Only logged-in companies checked by Polish Tax ID (NIP) against the VAT White List. Guests see the catalogue without prices. You can give regular customers a separate price list that others will not see.
- What does my shop look like?
- It sits on a subdomain of the platform's domain or on your own domain, with your logo and description. The buyer orders from you, not from a middleman.
- What about invoices and shipping?
- The invoice, pro forma and delivery note are issued from the order card, with your own numbering. If you invoice in BaseLinker, the invoice from there reaches the buyer here. You add the tracking number by hand or it comes back from Base.
