Instructions: Place the egg in a container filled with water. The egg must be fully covered with water. Water temperature must be below 35 degrees. The egg will slowly start to crack after 24-48 hours, and the axolotl will begin to appear. Make sure the container remains filled with water. When the egg is fully open, add fresh water to the container. Your axolotl will continue to grow for 48-72 hours. After 72 hours you can move the axolotl to a larger container with water and keep observing it as it grows.
